At first, I wanted to leave this for later. In most cases, it would be better to concentrate on the content, or the meat of the website, like the database and the data and the functions. When everything is ready, then the webdesign comes in.

However, after doing some analysis, I found that it is important to start the design first because a lot of the data would also depend on the design and layout, in certain ways.

Therefore, I have chosen to start the Initial Webdesign of the WWX website, but not to the point of completion, but only to the point of being able to make way for the creation of database tables and php functions that depend on the design.

Update Oct 21, 2009: Initial design almost complete. Only the specific page designs are left. Those will be done later... now moving on to the user control panel design.
