Wonders of Bananas |
Bananas are wonderful fruits. They are lots of reasons why they are, despite the dirty nature of their skin. Seriously, they are high in nutrients and stuff... but in this article, I'm focusing on how they got rid of my fats.Wonders of BananasI had a thick layer of fat over my abdomen, much like everybody else these days. I tried eating less and less in an effort to make that fat layer burn, but with no avail. Instead I grew hungrier and the fat there grew thicker. Bad health.Then after some research I found that starving wasn't the way to get rid of fat. The best way to lose fat is to increase inner body metabolism via eating... say what? So apparently, from my research, eating more means getting slimmer!! Having flabs means having insufficient food. But you may argue that fat people eat a lot of food, right? Wrong. I am talking about real food, real healthy food, not crap food. They eat a lot of that kind of stuff, but they eat little to no real food that the body needs. So the body needs to go into storage mode and tries to store stuff under the skin. It is just like when there is a water shortage, you fill your tanks up with water and use the water sparingly. So, what I did was I adjusted my diet to make sure that 50% or more of the food I eat for a day consisted of fruits and vegetables. The rest would be grains and maybe some junk that I could not resist just yet. This was in contrast to the 70% grains/junk and 30% vegetables/fruit before I adjusted my diet. And to do that, I ate like 5-7 bananas spread throughout the day. One easy way to lose fat. The result? My ab-muscles are now back! Even without intensive exercise. But I will still exercise to maintain the visibility of the ab muscles. Referers Info
