Weight Loss Without Starving

It seems that the majority of people nowadays want to lose weight. Losing weight maybe simple to some but hard to others. Losing weight involves working out and proper dieting. In this busy world where everyone needs to work, spending time working out is sometimes not an option. So is it possible to lose weight through just proper eating? Yes it is, but does it mean that you will need to reduce your food and starve? No. Actually, as I have found out, it is about just the opposite. Read on...

Weight Loss Without Starving

This is my own story. I am a skinny guy compared to many others around me. However, in January 2009, I started growing flabs around my waist. So I tried doing lots of workouts until my limbs and body were sore and on top of that, I starved myself. In the end, I was beat but the flabs increased in size and capacity!

I did some digging and research and after several hours, I found out what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do right. I ate less in January 2009 (starve) but did not lose weight nor flabs. That was because I ate mostly grains although just a bit. This caused the body metabolism to slow down as grains can easily move through the digestive system.

What I needed was to increase the internal body metabolism and I actually increased my food (opposite of starving). In addition to the grains I ate (rice/wheat), I ate lots of bananas and veges. Plant foods require the body's digestive system to speed up for their digestion, therefore, increase body metabolism by a lot. Now it is March 2009, and I got my muscle abs back. Check out my photo here:

And thankfully, I achieved this without overstraining myself working out. In fact, my lifestyle is still really close to sedentary. I am really really happy I got rid of that access cusion of flabs around my navel. However, I still need to exercise a few times a week, for health reasons.

I also owe it to this e-book about losing weight without starving. It really helped me a lot, as a very important "reference manual", so to speak.
