This is one of my favorite exercises - Mountain Climbing! It may look simple because it is actually simple to do, but believe me, it makes you break a lot of sweat and burn a lot of fat!

My Favorite Exercises - Mountain-Climbing

This is one of the popular exercises that I include in my exercise routine. It is called the mountain-climbing. Yes, this one can increase metabolism, make you pant and feel... good!!

How mountain-climbing is done:
First, you get into a position where you are on all fours with you legs straight out, like pushups. Then do some stepping with your legs, alternately, hence the name mountain-climbing exercise. See picture below for info.
