Getting Bloated

 
To bloat or not to bloat? Most people do not like to get bloated, including myself. But over time I have found that sometimes getting bloated is good. Strange huh? Let me explain...

Getting Bloated

I used to not like getting bloated at all. It makes my gut stick out and it is kinda ugly if you know what I mean. So in order not to get bloated, I cut down on food, especially those that could get me bloated, like beans, legumes and fruits. The results?

The next day, I grew some flabs. Then the following day, some more. More and more flabs. True, the bloating was not so bad once I cut down on bloaty food, and the discomfort was gone, but my gut still stuck out. This time, because of flabs. I was like "WHAT?!"

So I altered my diet. Ate vegeatables and fruits like crazy, until I could eat no more. And true, the bloating was at 100%. But the next day, I lost some flabs. And after about 5 days, I got my ab muscles back.

The lesson I learned? Bloating because of healthy food is a lot better than healthy-food-deficiency. If getting a bit bloated after eating lots of healthy food is the price to pay for staying flab-free, I'd gladly pay it!
