PSP Homebrew Programming is not an easy task, especially when you are doing it through windows. It actually should run on Unix operating systems like Linus or Ubuntu. The way to do it is to create a virtual unix environment on windows to work with. And then installing the psp toolchain to enable psp compiling. That included installing cygwin and the various applications that came with it. But installing is a big pain. There is no guarantee that it will work after all the trouble. See my PSP Cygwin Setup PageThen I tried another unix environment for windows called mingw. Didn't work either. I wasted 1 whole day on this and was frustrated like hell. In the end, I stumbled upon a talented programmer Sakya from a forum. He precompiled cygwin and psptoolchain together. Here, I uploaded it to megaupload (Cygwin + PSPToolchain Precompiled and Portable) with instructions on how to use it. You can use it right after you download it and extract it. And it is portable.
